We currently ship to Punjab and Sindh only. Shipping to other provinces and international destinations is not available.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time for all orders is 3 to 5 business days.
4. Order Confirmation
We will call you on your provided phone number to confirm your order. Please provide an active phone number to ensure quick confirmation and shipping.

- Standard Shipping: PKR 250 (Flat Rate)
- Free Shipping on orders above PKR 5,000
6. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your shipment using the provided link.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available in Punjab and Sindh.
- Please provide an accurate address and phone number to avoid delivery issues.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt a second delivery.
- After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
