1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to Punjab and Sindh only. Shipping to other provinces and international destinations is not available.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for all orders is 3 to 5 business days.

4. Order Confirmation

We will call you on your provided phone number to confirm your order. Please provide an active phone number to ensure quick confirmation and shipping.

5. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: PKR 250 (Flat Rate)
• Free Shipping on orders above PKR 5,000

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your shipment using the provided link.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available in Punjab and Sindh.
• Please provide an accurate address and phone number to avoid delivery issues.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt a second delivery.
• After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• If the pant is damaged upon arrival or not up to the quality, you can return it. We are here to help you.
• Contact us immediately with proof (photos/videos) for a quick resolution.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or through bank transfer.
